Before Your Order（ご注文のまえに）
- STURDYでは少人数の職人が製作をしているため、在庫のない商品はご予約注文となります。
- ご予約注文の流れについては、以下をお読みくださいませ。
- お急ぎの場合など在庫の有無については、メールもしくはお電話にてお問い合わせくださいませ。
- Sturdy’s products are made by a few craftmans. If no stocks, pre-order is needed.
- How to pre-order is below as follows.
- Please e-mail or call us to know about stock or delivery timing.
How to Order（ご注文方法）
- 現在カート機能を準備中のため、お手数ですがご注文ご希望の際はメールにてお問い合わせくださいませ。
- Currently oinline cart is not available. In case to order, please e-mail or tel us directly.
Payment（お支払い）
- 海外からのご注文はPaypalでのお支払(カード決済)のみとなります。
- 国内からのご注文であっても、在庫のない商品のご予約注文は銀行振込またはクレジットカード決済のみ可能です。
- ご入金確認後、ご注文が確定となります。お支払からご注文確定まで2～3日ほど頂く場合がございます。
- Only Paypal can be used for international shipping.
- Both of bank transfer or credit card can be used for domestic shipping.
- After confirmation your payment, the order will be fixed. It takes 2~3 days.
Delivery Timing (納期)
- お支払確認後、ご注文確定とし、製作を開始いたします。
- ご注文確定時点で、納期についてのご連絡を差し上げます。
- 少人数で製作しているため、オーダー状況によって納期は変動します。
- 事前にお問い合わせいただければ、その時点での納期をお伝えすることは可能です。
- After confirmation your payment and fixed the order, production will be started.
- Delivery timing will be informed when your order or can be informed in advance.
Shipping (国内発送)
国内発送
- ヤマト運輸または佐川急便にてお送りいたします。
- 国内は全国一律￥756、￥5,400以上のお買上であれば無料となります。（北海道、沖縄、離島の場合を除く。別途お問い合わせください。）
Domestic Shipping (Japan)
- Yamato or Sagawa transportation is applied.
- All ￥756, free shipping if you buyng above ￥5,400 (excl. Hokkaido, Okinawa and other islands).
Shipping (海外発送)
海外発送
- EMS(国際郵便)にて発送いたします。
- 海外発送に関しては、お買上金額問わず、送料を全額ご負担いただきます。
International Shipping
- EMS (Express Mail Servise) is applied.
- All shipping fee is costed for international shipping.
Design (デザイン)
- デザイン・仕様は機能性向上のため、変更となる場合がございます。
- 変更があった際は最新の仕様についてご連絡さしあげます。
- レザーには個体差があり、エイジング加工を施しているため、染み・皺等はデザイン上の性質であることがあり、あらかじめご了承ください。
- If any changes after your order, we will inform about what would be changed.
- We regard that the leather which we use have indivisually differences as the goodness of vesitable tannined leather in natural.
- Also vintage processing can bring any spots or wrinkles on the leather. Please take into the consideration about it in advance.
Custom (カスタム)
- ご注文を受けてお作りするため、カスタムオーダーに応じることができます。
- カートに入れる際のオプションでお選びいただくことができないものは、メールにてお問い合わせくださいませ。
- お受けできないカスタムもございますので、お気軽にご相談くださいませ。
